Always working at the pulse of time, exploring new things, traveling and the variety of tasks.

This is how I will later describe my job to my grandchildren:

In my department, we were consistantly exploring the question "which media technologies are still required?", and I was involved in researching this, presenting at job fairs and generating test content.

My dream job as a child:

Artist and "garbage man" (that's exactly how I wrote it down back then...)

This is our office jam:

Every week something new - sometimes nice, sometimes terrible. At the moment, the common thread is definitely NDW (New German Wave).

This is how I experienced onboarding in my department:

Prior to my current position, I had been an

intern in the same group, which gave me a head start in understanding many aspects. The welcoming atmosphere and friendly colleagues at IIS were among the reasons why I chose this job! Everyone was incredibly welcoming and patient during the onboarding process.

My favorite Fraunhofer technology:

MPEG-H Audio and MPEG-H Dialog+!

The greatest scientist / inventor of all time:

One of the many women who have achieved great things, yet remains unknown..

Community, innovation, the question "Why?" and coffee.

What I always wanted to say:

Any person can have every competence, regardless of gender. Let's finally get rid of gender stereotypes!
