Fraunhofer Institute for Integrated Circuits IISIn the "Technologies and Solutions for Digitalized Value Creation" project, we are working on practical examples of applications in which digitalization is used to optimize production and logistics processes. The aim is to generate substantial added value by having people and technology work together. As part of this project, we have developed specific technology-based solutions for the production and logistics environment that build on the internal processes of SMEs and are easy to integrate, thus paving the way for these companies’ entry into and implementation of Industry 4.0. Jasper Jahn has been Advisor to the Head of the Positioning and Networks business unit since 2015. His responsibilities include overseeing exploitation projects such as licensing, spin-offs and investments, and developing the 5G localization business. Jahn brings these skills to the management of larger projects to ensure that they align with the unit’s strategy and market focus.
Jahn has been employed at Fraunhofer IIS since 2008. He studied electrical engineering with a specialization in communications technology at the Kiel University of Applied Sciences and earned an MBA in General Management at the Nuremberg Institute of Technology.
