This means users can choose to control the X-ray components individually and to select the optimum measurement parameters or choose to let the software carry this out automatically. Users can integrate external sensors or their own algorithms if required for controlling their own X-ray experiments.
During the acquisition of measurement data, standardized trajectories (image sequences in the radiography, data for computed axial tomography, data for helical computed tomography, etc.) or trajectories that have been predefined by the user are used. If required, the images captured can be reconstructed online.
