Trip by Car

Driving from the direction of Frankfurt or Stuttgart on the Autobahn A3 to Würzburg you have to leave the Autobahn at the exit for Würzburg-Heidingsfeld (#70). Then turn onto the Bundesstraße 19 for Würzburg. When you have crossed the river Main you can follow the signs at the next traffic lights for Wolfgang-Adami-Bad to the right. When you reach the Wolfgang-Adami-Bad keep on going straight and you come to the University Area Am Hubland. Coming from the direction of Nuremberg or Ulm on the Autobahn A3 you have to take the exit Rottendorf (#72) and follow the Bundesstraße 8 to Würzburg. Leave it at the exit Gerbrunn and follow the signs to Uni Hubland. Please consult the map for detailed arrival information on the Uni Hubland.                                   

If you are using the Autobahn A7 from the direction of Fulda exit at Würzburg-Estenfeld (#101) and turn onto the Bundesstraße 19 to Würzburg. Follow the signs for Gerbrunn until you see the signs for Uni Hubland. Please consult the map for detailed arrival information on the Uni Hubland area.                                   

The Magnetresonanz- und Röntgen-Bildgebung building is directly opposite of the computer center Rechenzentrum (RZ) which you can find easily on the directing signs.

 

Trip by Train and Bus

• Exit the Würzburg train station and head to the right where the bus station is located.
• Take the bus line 14 with the destination of Gerbrunn.
• You have to leave the bus at the bus stop Mathematisches Institut.
• Head away from the street toward the parking lot and cross it. The building with the fully wooden facade is the Magnetresonanz- und Röntgen-Bildgebung building.
