Participation can only be cancelled in written form. All refund and cancellation requests must be sent to support@ict2023.fraunhofer-events.de.
A full refund will be issued less a 10% administration charge as long as you contact us by December 15, 2022. If cancellation is requested after December 15, 2022, a 50% refund will be issued. We are unable to provide a refund for cancellations following January 31, 2023, or for no-shows at the conference.
Refunds will be processed after the conference has ended.
